Shadow of Neverland
Tinker and blast your way through hordes of evil pirates and corrupted winter fairies on a rage-filled journey to save the summer realm from the endless winter while healing Neverland's very soul
NOTE: To make the demo playable in browser, the blizzard, opening cutscene and ending cutscene had to be cut out. They are still 100% available in the downloaded version, which runs spectacularly when installed. Thus, the online browser version is not representative of the product and only functions as a playable demo for people who do not want to download it.
CONTROLS
A - Move forward
W - Move backwards
S - Strafe left
D - Strafe right
J - Rotate camera to the left
L - Rotate camera to the right
I - Fly. This only works if you have Pixiedust. Pixiedust can be refilled indefinitely by colliding with stations that are placed in the level
N - Use your frost healing. This can only be used if your Magic is at 100%. The meter is filled by killing enemies
SPACEBAR - Shoot (or smash, if you are holding the hammer)
1 - Switch to hammer. You need to have your hammer in hand in order to pick up and tinker the shotgun
2 - Switch to your pistol
3 - Switch to the shotgun, but only if you unlock it first
X - Skip the opening cutscene and the results screen (opening cutscene is only available in the downloaded version)
The demo gives you a certain amount of stars depending on how well (or poorly) you play:
The first star - collected by beating the level on Hardcore or Nightmare (Nightmare is more-or-less impossible and meant as a joke difficulty, so I'd pick Hardcore)
The second star - collected by beating the level in no more than 4 minutes and 20 seconds
The third star - collected by killing all enemies in the level (in the case of Nightmare mode, it has to be 82, as winter fairies respawn on that difficulty - I would advise against picking this difficulty, though, since it is not even remotely fair)
To play the downloaded version, download the ZIP file and unpack it, then click the 'Shadow of Neverland' executable. Chances are that one gets a Windows Defender warning, but fear not - there's no malware here. Windows just does that sometimes when one tries to run an unknown executable.
